The United Nations Association of Queens, New York is the Queens chapter of the United Nations Association of the United States of America (UNA-USA), a national, nonpartisan, and nonprofit organization dedicated to enhancing US participation in the United Nations system and to strengthening that system as it seeks to define and carry out its mission.

UNA-USA-Queens Chapter provides opportunities for Queens County residents to think globally and act locally to promote peace around the world by supporting the work of the United Nations.

At open Board Meetings held monthly, members can participate in discussions about UN activities. The meetings are held on the first Thursday of each month at the Queens Borough Hall, 120-55 Queens Boulevard — Room 213, at 7:30 PM.

Our Advocacy activities provide the opportunity for members to visit Members of Congress to discuss ways that the US can support UN actions. Through the E-action Network, members can request actions by both their legislative and executive branch officials that will support peace and security around the world.

Queens Public Television (QPTV) films the UNA-USA-Queens events and airs them several times. QPTV plans to add UN videos to their program schedule.
